They tailor what they do with the person to help them get what they need to out of drag in a way that feels authentic and healing for the people involved. Bob, Shangela, and Eureka perform (and produce) too, so the shows are good. They go to a different conservative little town every week and help 3 drag newbs put on a show. It’s a cross between queer eye and drag race.
